Meditation Week 4, Day 5

Hello! It’s the last weekday of week 4! Today, I am meditating on the last verse in my passage, Isaiah 40:31, “but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”

Let’s begin!

“But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength”. The believer who waits and believes that the Lord will come will regain strength.

“They shall mount up on wings like eagles”. They will be mighty like an eagle and be lifted away from their troubles.

“They will run and not be weary.” The believers will never grow tired of running!

“They shall walk and not faint”. The believers won’t grow tired of walking either!

Here is the verse in my own words:

The believer who waits and believes that the Lord will come will regain strength. They will be mighty like an eagle and be lifted away from their troubles. The believers will never grow tired of running or walking!

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! I will post again on Sunday, like always!
