Meditation Week 3, Day 7

Good morning everyone! Happy Sunday!

This past week(week 3) I meditated on Deuteronomy 6:4-7, “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.”.

Today I’m going to review what I learned and I’m going to pick a verse for week 4!

This is what I learned from week 3,

God is the only one, we are to love Him with our bodies, mind, and strength. We should keep these words in our mind and think about them. We should teach the words of the Bible to our children as well as friends and even strangers. And talk of them with each other wherever we are and all the time.

For week 4, I am meditating on Isaiah 40:29-31, “He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”.

For Seeds Family Worship, the song is called Soar Like Eagles

Again, I hope you join me for week 4. It’s okay if you join in late! I pray that you are all doing well! Have a wonderful Sunday!

Philippians 4:8, “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”.
